Description
This sake has a refreshing taste with the fruity ginjo aroma that is unique to Daiginjo.
Refined to a 50% polish bringing out the fruity ginjo aroma. The taste is light and slightly dry giving it a good umami aftertaste.
The alcohol content is set at 13% so that it can be enjoyed chilled, making it easy to drink and in small 300ml bottles so great for bars and restaurants
