A special Junmai made with 100% Yamada nishiki from Kyoto. Characterized by a unique plump, gentle flavour taste with rice undertones. The flavour is citrusy with a pleasant acidity and the mouthfeel is smooth and light.
Matches a wide range of dishes from grilled, boiled and sautéed foods. In particular it pairs well with cooked seafood.
