A no alcohol 0.00% alcohol Japanese sake: Daiginjo
The manufacturing method, ingredients, and aroma and flavor of this sake are all pure rice daiginjo, including bag-pressing. This is as real brewed sake unlike other 0% sake and of the highest grade using Yamadanishiki rice.
A bright and fruity taste with an aftertaste where the the sweetness and richness of the rice gradually spreads in your mouth.
Using a newly adopted the “concentrated ginjo extraction method”, which uses moromi that is 2.5 times more concentrated. This manufacturing method creates a gorgeous, delicious aroma that maintains its presence even when drunk with meals, and a rich, elegant body that leaves a lingering aftertaste in the nasal cavity.
Different from other 0% sake there are no extra chemicals and additives added making it good for export and import clearance.
