Description
This sake uses three times the usual amount of koji rice, giving it a rich, natural rice flavor.
It features a balance of deep rice flavor and refreshing acidity, and while you can enjoy the deep rice flavor, it is also crisp and has a clean aftertaste.
Normally, the alcohol content of pure rice genshu is in the 18% range, but the unique manufacturing method has reduced the alcohol content to 15%, resulting in a pure rice genshu with the best balance of flavor.
