This limited edition plum wine is a blend of this plum wine and Uji matcha, a specialty of the Yamashiro region.<\/p>\n<p>The plum wine has a mellow peach-like aroma characteristic of Joshu Shiro, a mellow flavor and elegant sweetness from long-term aging, and is combined with the mellow aroma and bittersweet taste of Uji matcha to create a well-balanced matcha plum wine with a vivid matcha color and a refreshing taste.
