This is as real brewed sake unlike other 0% sake and of the highest grade using Yamadanishiki rice.<\/p>\n<p>A bright and fruity taste with an aftertaste where the the sweetness and richness of the rice gradually spreads in your mouth.<\/p>\n<p>Using a newly adopted the &#8220;concentrated ginjo extraction method&#8221;, which uses moromi that is 2.5 times more concentrated.
